  • Jilleen Ray

She completed a small animal medicine and surgery internship at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital the following year. She has been a part of the VCA Roswell Animal Hospital family since 2007. Dr. Ray lives in Marietta with her husband, also a veterinarian, two children, one dog, four cats, and two iguanas. Dr. Ray says "Providing truly the best care options for our patients and their people is what motivates me. Keeping pets healthy and happy companions for the people they love for as long as possible is my goal."

  • Karen Cearbaugh

    DVM

Dr. Karen Cearbaugh is a 1997 graduate of North Carolina State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She has practiced in the Metro Atlanta area since graduation and has been with VCA Roswell Animal Hospital since 2005. Dr. Cearbaugh is a member of the Veterinary Advisory Board for Happy Tails Pet Therapy and is also an active volunteer with the Girls Scouts of America. In her free time, Dr. Cearbaugh enjoys hiking, gardening, yoga, and is currently learning the basis of archery. She resides with her husband, beautiful daughter, and a spoiled French bulldog named Mona. Dr. Cearbaugh says, "I simply cannot imagine my life's path without the time I have spent in this incredible profession. What other career would allow me to use my hands, head, and heart every day? And in what other field is it acceptable--encouraged, even--for patients to show gratitude with snuggles and sloppy kisses? I am constantly amazed and humbled by the depth and strength of the bonds between our patients and their loving families. The idea that I can make a difference in their lives keeps me devoted to this challenging and rewarding field. I truly believe that I have the best job in the world."
