  • Maribel

Maribel has always been passionate about health and fitness! She has carried that love through most of her life, both personally and professionally. After deciding to stay home to raise her children, Maribel discovered a fitness class at her church that inspired her to become certified as a group fitness instructor. She loves what she does; she sees it not as a job, but as her passion. Maribel is nationally certified through AFAA, ACE and NASM via her Certified Personal Training certificates, and holds numerous certifications in several group fitness formats. Maribel has held a Mat Pilates certification for several years, but once she started training clients she knew that she could be of greater help through Classical Pilates. She soon realized that Pilates can be, and is, the right fit for everyone as it will eventually transform your body. “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a new body.” Joseph Pilates

  • Maggie Hentschel

Maggie’s interest in all things mind, body and spirit started at a very young age. Although her passions would always be routed in the alternative she went a more traditional route for 20 years working as a consultant, market researcher, and brand strategist. After her time working overseas in Switzerland and China she realized she missed her passions and knew it was time to time to refocus on her own mind, body and spirit. Having practiced Pilates on and off for 10 years she knew she wanted to share this amazing form of exercise that has a deep focus on the mind body connection. In addition to teaching Pilates she also is certified in energy healing and mindfulness. As an instructor Maggie hopes to share the core principles of Pilates: Concentration, Control, Centering, Flowing Movement, Precision & Breathing all of which require a deep mind body connection to execute successfully. The benefits of a mind-body connection are too numerous to list but some of these include relaxation, increased body awareness and it enhances mental and emotional well-being. In this way Maggie wants to help her clients through Pilates live happier and healthier physical and mental lives.

  • Carolyn Dial

Carolyn is a Roswell resident who found Club Pilates first as a client. The focus on mind body awareness, strengthening from the core, and performing exercises with excellent technique helped her realize terrific results from regular Pilates workouts. As an instructor she strives to provide her clients with the same health benefits and sense of community she herself has experienced.
