Marc P. Lubatkin
Marc is a family lawyer with over 30 years of experience in Tennessee and Georgia. He has devoted his practice to the needs of individuals and families in a wide array of domestic law issues including pre-nuptial agreements, divorce and custody cases, modification of support or visitation, estate planning (wills, advanced health care directives, powers of attorney, and trusts), small corporations, and personal injury cases (car accident, slip and fall, premises liability). Marc has been a featured guest on “The Layman’s Lawyer” on PBS, discussing marriage and divorce, and has appeared on CNN, WSB, and local television in Chattanooga representing clients in high profile cases. Marc is a Past President of the Dunwoody Sunset Rotary Club and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Dance Theatre.
